Regardless of your personal taste in guitar styles, if you haven’t caught the Minneapolis Guitar Quartet, you do yourself a disservice. This classical guitar quartet is internationally known and comprised of Twin Cities’ members of the highest caliber — Joseph Hagedorn, Maja Radovanlija, Ben Kunkel and Wade Oden. Catch their concert this Saturday night, October 20th, 7:30pm at Hamline University’s Sundin Hall, 1531 Hewitt Ave, St Paul, MN 55104. This performance begins the Minnesota Guitar Society’s season with works by Piazzolla, Bach, Hiromi, Ginastera, Radovanilja, Krouse and Davies. $25-general admission, $20- Seniors/MGS members, $10- students w/ ID, free parking- see map.
