Celebrating Lizzie Douglas (June 3, 1897 – August 6, 1973), known as Memphis Minnie, a blues guitarist whose recording career lasted from the 1920s to the 1950s. Among her best known songs were “Bumble Bee” and “When the Levee Breaks.”
